By accessing or using Postway, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Postway provides tools to plan, compose, schedule, and manage social media content across connected accounts. Features may change as the product evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and the policies of each social platform you connect.

You may not use Postwayto publish unlawful content, spam, malware, or material that infringes others' rights.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Trials and promotions, when offered, are described at the time of signup. You may cancel according to the billing provider's process linked from your account settings.

Postway integrates with third-party social networks. Your use of those networks remains subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
